Bidding and Payment

Payment must be received within 7 DAYS after the auction. If it is not, I may relist or offer this item to another bidder.

Non-payment will result in an Unpaid Item Strike and negative feedback via ebay.

If you have received NEGATIVE FEEDBACK within the last 8 weeks, please notify me at runwaynyc@optonline.net before you bid, OR YOUR BID WILL BE CANCELLED.

Shipping

PayPal users: I prefer to ship to CONFIRMED addresses. If you request shipment to an UNCONFIRMED address and do not purchase insurance, I am not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after the item has been shipped.

All items ship within 1 business days using the most economical method available. This allows us to keep our prices as low as possible.

All items are shipped from a smoke-free environment.

Shipping costs are based on actual cost to ship, cost of materials and labor to ship the item.

Free Shipping for each additional item you buy. Highest shipping fee will apply. Items must be purchased within 5 days of each other. Please contact me, to advise you intend to buy more than one item

Return Policy

If you would like to return your purchase, you must contact me within 5 days of delivery via email indicating the reason for the return.

I must provide a return authorization before the item(s) can be returned.

Item(s) must be returned in the same NEW condition received and with all booklets and accessories.

There is a 10% restocking fee on the purchase price for all returns. SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS! I charge this fee to cover my ebay and paypal fees that are not refunded after a sale is made.

Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Item(s) to be returned at buyers expense with Insurance.

Refund will not be processed if the return is not made in accordance with this policy.
